VH101 Safety Recall

STEP 1: ENTER PRODUCT INFO

Please enter the serial number of your recalled VH101 Heater.
Enter the type: (ex: VH101)*
Enter your serial number (ex. Feb10-54624):*

STEP 2: TAKE THE PHOTO

We will use a photo to verify your heater has been disabled. Just be sure the cut cord and serial number are clearly visible in the photo you are about to take.

Refer to the image on the left for the ideal way to take the photo.
