We proudly stand behind our products with a 5 or 3 Year Satisfaction Guarantee to the original owner against material and workmanship defects, from the date of purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, Vornado will replace the product at no cost.

2. Prepare Shipment
After a Return Authorization (RA) is issued, you will receive a FedEx prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label and affix to the return shipment.
3. Ship Package
When your package is ready to ship, simply drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pick via FedEx.com.
